Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously, email addresses, shipping and billing information are not shared or sold to any outside party. Your email address is automatically added to our customer database and you will receive order update and marketing emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email labeled "unsubscribe."  

Credit Card Information

Credit Card data is processed real time during the order process and the full card number is never visible to us.  We maintain SSL and data safety compliance annually. 

Shipping and Returns

When you shop with Silver Legends, Inc, every order is handled with care and packaged to ensure that your item (s) make it to you in tip top shape. We ship orders out Monday-Friday. We usually ship items out 5 days after receiving payment. If an item is on backorder, it will take an additional 7 business days. We ship using UPS and US postal service. All items must be insured. Your shipping cost includes shipping, handling, and insurance.

Shipping Claims

If for any reason your item is lost during shipping, we will return your money as soon as we collect the money from the shipping provider. We hardly ever have any claims, but if it should happen, we will be as helpful as possible during the claim process.

Return Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We know that you will love the item you purchase, but if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days of receiving it for a full refund not including shipping fees. If you wish to return an item, mail it back to us, and we will give you a refund once we receive the item.
